Accessing the hotel can be a pain due to major roadworks outside, kicking up dust and making taxi drops tricky. The corridors could use a little attention, with some carpets showing wear and a faint musty smell in the room upon arrival. The pool closed unexpectedly for maintenance during peak hours, which is a bummer when you're trying to enjoy the sun.

I had an awesome 9-night stay where the bar tender, Daniel, always remembered my coffee just right, and Ainova at reception even helped me with my heavy bags. The pool area was perfect for lounging and the ice-cold water dispensers were a lifesaver in the heat. Just a heads-up, it would be great to see more diverse guests around, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 🌞

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We enjoyed the lovely pool area and had a great time visiting the Alcázar and Plaza de España. The breakfast was decent, and the Level area offered good snacks. Be aware, it's about a 25-minute walk to reach the center.
